Complaints and disputes should be directed to the vendor, PayPal, and other parties involved in the transaction.

Drop Cart is not to be used to sell items or services that are illegal to sell online, in the United States, or the territory the transaction takes place. Drop Cart does not promote or endorse any item, user, or store on the Drop Cart service.

Drop Cart reserves the right to remove or suspend any store or item without prior notice and reserves the right to change the terms of this agreement. By using the Drop Cart service you accept these terms of service and hereby release Drop Cart, its owners, agents, and employees of any and all claims, demands, and damages resulting from use of the service.
